Thandolwakhe Andani Mhlongo

Thandolwakhe Mhlongo holds a B-Tech in Business Administration, a Diploma in Building [Quantity Surveying & Construction Management] and advancing a BCom degree in Law (Commercial).
He has vast exposure working on NEC 3, CIDB, JBCC 2000 and GCC forms of contract and can offer valuable contractual insight and knowledge in achieving the successful outcome of any project.
Ross Macgregor
Ross Macgregor was previously at AECOM (ex Davis Langdon) and joined R&R as a partner in 1997. Ross received his bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Cape Town and achieved a distinction when completing
a Diploma in Project Management at Varsity College. He is a professional member of the Association of Quantity Surveyors and a member of the South African Council of Quantity Surveyors and is active in numerous industry associations.
As a professionally registered Quantity Surveyor with more than 20 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, he has in-depth experience in the set-up, procurement and delivery of some of the industry’s most
complex major programs across mining, infrastructure, renewable energy and property.
He has been responsible for managing project teams and overseeing projects control deliverables to some of the leading mining houses and EPCM companies on large scale engineering projects throughout Africa.
Ross is a leading expert in project planning and regularly provides forensic audits and peer reviews to critical programs.
Van Aardt Cloete
Van Aardt Cloete is a partner at R&R and has read for his MBA in addition to receiving his BSC QS degree from the University of the Free State. Added to this is a Master in Land and Property Development (M.Prop) with a Project management endorsement.
Van Aardt is a strategic thinker with over 15 years of experience in the mining, infrastructure, energy and building industries.
He manages the company’s operational roll-out of projects and head’s the R&R Gauteng office.
Van Aardt’s in-depth knowledge of project controls, quantity surveying and planning make him a valuable asset to the company with his understanding of clients’ needs. This is reflected in his delivery of projects to successful completion.
